Delivery, Collection, Returns & Refunds

Delivery of Flowers:

Next Day Delivery:

We need to received all orders by midday Monday to Friday for next day delivery in London. (Flowers will be delivered anytime between 9am-6pm). The shop is not open on a Sunday.

Pre Ordered Deliveries:

Orders placed in advance be delivered between 9am-6pm on the requested date.. Delivery charges vary depending on the postcode area.

Delivery Issues:

If the recipient is not home on delivery, the flowers will be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If we feel this is not possible, the flowers will be returned to the shop. We will then contact the sender or recipient to arrange redelivery.

Delivery of other items:

Our bags are available for Next Day Delivery within our Local London Delivery area. Or can be delivered within 3-5 working days for Nationwide deliveries. These will be completed by will Royal Mail.  

Gift Cards:

Scarlet & Violet gift cards will be sent via by email.  The code found on the gift card can be used in store or online. There will be a code and instructions on how it can be redeemed at checkout.  Gift cards can not be used to purchase another Scarlet & Violet gift card.

Collections:

Orders can be placed for collection online, via email or phone, or in person. Once confirmed, your order can be collected from our Shop address at the selected date and time.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This does not apply to fresh flowers or plants, which can't be returned.  Please let us know of any issues with your flowers within 24 hours of receipt and we can review the situation. We may require you to send an image of the received flowers. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer a refund on purchased gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you a confirmation email once received and inspected by use. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved your refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please give this a 3-5 working days to show in your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is not received within a week, please contact your credit card company and/or bank. It may take some time before your refund is processed and may still be pending.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please bare in mind cut flowers tend to last 4-5 days.

Gifts

If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. We can either send this via email or hold a credit in store for you.

Please contact us if you purchased a gift to then pass on yourself and would like a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Or if you are within London, we can come and collect this from you free of charge.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items £75 or over. We can't guarantee we will receive your returned item.
